Scope of Application

Suitable for detecting whether the weight of individual products meets standards, widely used in electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, health products, daily chemicals, light industry, agricultural by-products, and many other industries. Examples in the food industry include prepared foods, pastries, sausages, instant noodles, frozen foods, food additives, colorants, modifiers, preservatives, etc.

Adjustable Speed: Utilizes a frequency-controlled motor, allowing speed adjustment as needed;

Zero Tracking: Supports manual or automatic zeroing, as well as dynamic zero tracking;

Reporting Function: Built-in report statistics, reports can be generated in Excel format, automatically producing various real-time data reports; equipped with an external USB port for real-time data export via USB drive, enabling continuous monitoring of production status;

Interface Function: Standard interface reserved for easy data management, capable of communicating with PCs and other smart devices;

Self-Learning: After creating a new product formula, no parameter setup is required; the self-learning function automatically configures suitable device parameters and stores them for easy retrieval during product switching. (Supports storage of up to 2000 parameter entries, expandable).

Operating Modes: Three operating modes

a. Dynamic Mode: Normal assembly line mode;

b. Static Mode: The weighing platform stops after material enters to improve weighing accuracy, suitable for products with fewer than 20 passes per minute;

c. Energy-Saving Mode: (Optional) Can be activated in both a and b modes; sets an idle shutdown duration—the device automatically stops after idling for this period and restarts when material is detected.

Peripheral Device Communication: Standard dual communication ports: RS-485 and RS-232 output.
